Custom Commissions
Delivery time for custom commissions will vary based on the size and scope of the project.
Customers must speak with the artist before purchasing a custom commission to discuss the timeline.
No custom commission work will begin until an initial payment is received after the customer has spoken with the artist.
Made to Order Pieces
Made to order pieces currently have a wait time of up to 6 weeks or more after payment has been received. To be determined by project.
Ready to Ship Items
Ready to ship items will be shipped within 14 days of purchase.
General Information
The artist will provide customers with an estimated shipping date upon order placement.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside the artist's control.
The artist will communicate any delays to the customer as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped via [insert shipping provider] with tracking provided.
The artist is not responsible for any delays or lost packages once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy
Custom Artwork and Commissions
Cancellations
- Commissioned artwork may be canceled within 48 hours of the initial payment for a full refund
- If the artist must cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided if not stated other wise by the contract made with the customer
Changes and Revisions
- Additional revisions will incur a fee of 15% of the original commission price
- Major changes to the approved sketch or concept will be treated as a new commission
Ready-Made Artwork and Prints
Returns
- Physical items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping must include tracking and insurance
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery
- Photographs of damage must be provided within 48 hours of delivery
- We will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to damage or defects
- Size/variant exchanges are available within 14 days (customer pays return shipping)
Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are available once the file has been downloaded
- Replacement files are available for 7 days if download issues occur
Shipping Damage
- All shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photographs of the damage and packaging must be provided
- Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost
- We reserve the right to file claims with shipping carriers
Payment and Pricing
- Full payment is required upfront for ready-made items
- Commissioned work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit
- Remaining balance must be paid before final artwork delivery
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Listed prices do not include shipping unless specified
We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Medical emergencies
- Equipment failure
- Supply chain disruptions
